Unhappy Birthday

Okay these are just random ideas for stories, which I want to keep until I have time to actually sit down and write them. These would often be drawn from life experiences of mine. I am bogged down with reading for uni right now and so don't get time for much serious writing, but I am nearly done, then it will be assignment writing, but I will get there eventually.

Okay there is a woman who is desperate to get people to go out with her for her birthday and no one is interested in her proposal of going out for a meal. She offered to pay for everyone and so they couldn't use the excuse that they couldn't afford it. One person tried to treat her as though she was really stupid, by saying he had to work at 7 o'clock on a friday night (when the meal was,) when she knew he had a 9-5 job. In the end, this woman ends up celebrating her birthday all by herself and is obviously very lonely. She doesn't cry or complain however, and when she gets all she does is download the photograph she took of herself on that night with her mobile phone and sits down to watch the Eastenders she recorded that night.
